My first event in 2012 is one to celebrate and support libraries,
for National Libraries Day 2012.
I’ll be telling dragon stories
at the Children’s Library in Edinburgh’s Central Library,
on George IV Bridge,
at 11am on Saturday 4th February.
Come along and enjoy the library and share some dragon tales!

Apart from that, I don’t have many public events in the first couple of months of 2012, as I’m very busy editing the next novel, but I will be visiting schools in Orkney, Glasgow, Falkirk, Edinburgh, and Ayrshire.  I have a few new books coming out in the spring too, so I might be reading from them in your local bookshop or library – check back soon for details!

If you want me to visit a bookshop or library or arts centre or school or castle or cave or woodland or teepee or anywhere else exciting near you then just get in touch. And don’t worry – it won’t stop me working on the next book, I’ll just keep typing on the train, or bus, or even scribbling as I walk up the road!
